At The Leg Lab, we want to ensure your compression socks provide the perfect fit and comfort. If you need to exchange a size or return your order, we are dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible.

1. 14-Day Return Window In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to return or exchange your product within 14 days of receiving your delivery, no questions asked.

2. Return Conditions (Hygiene & Health) Due to the personal nature of compression garments and for hygiene purposes, items can only be returned if they meet the following strict criteria:

• The product must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.

• It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, scents, or altered packaging cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange Please email our support team at support@theleglab.com with your order number and request (size exchange or refund). We will provide you with the return instructions within 48 hours.

4. Return Shipping Fees

• If the item is defective or if we sent the wrong product, The Leg Lab will fully cover the replacement or return costs.

• For standard exchanges (such as choosing a different size) or voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our fulfillment/return center.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
